My daughter (13) and I are planning a summer trip to The Big Apple and would like advice on cool/fun things to do, things to see, places to stay, places to eat. Or even things not to do / waste our time on. We crave excitement like rides, strange foods and wicked , cheap second hand (vintage) stuff. We are not into boring museums or stuffy art galleries, although we don’t mind some of the contemporary/abstract stuff that plays with your senses!
If you can’t tell us the good stuff then tell us about any dangers (aside from the obvious) that out-of-towners might not be aware of.
PS: I collect old Fisher Price Toys so if you know any good places to buy those, that info would be helpful too. Thanks a bunch!!
