-You will find lots of reproductions on the market. Be very careful. If it says Made in China, it’s a reproduction. Do the research. Check local antique stores for information. Go the the library for books on toy collecting.

I would guess the old vintage Fisher-Price toys from yrs ago. I have several: loads of the Little People, Cookie Pig, Drummer Bear, the Play Sets, the Xylophone, Timmy Turtle.

The Care-bears are still highly south after—esp. Grandma Bear.

Collections are iffy as an investment.
* Id say pick something you enjoy.

Stamps, buy sheets and put them away in an album. You don’t pay over face value for them, if they don’t increase you haven’t lost anything just use them, and they don’t take up alot of space.
Coins,like gold and silver are heavy
I collect art, but not really for investment, just to enjoy.
I love old silver pieces.
If you like historical items, or pottery or native amer crafts collect what you like.Go to auctions, read about antiques.

I would initially assume McD, as they and Disney were good friends. You can find Happy Meal Collectors Clubs and they could give you the skinny on all of this.
